Roulo-Boulo, the Employment Bus, is a mobile meeting point between young job seekers and businesses across the Greater Montréal area. Throughout the summer season, the Employment Bus travels the streets to promote the social and professional integration of youth aged 16 to 35. On board, they find plenty of advice as well as personalized support in their job search process. The bus also connects them with employers—either invited guests or those renting the bus as a recruitment platform.
