ExploR Program – Quartier Jeunesse

A 27-week journey to explore your strengths, develop your skills, and build your professional future, based on the Inner Development Goals (IDG).

Program content:

• Training & exploration (6 weeks): 18 hours/week of workshops, conferences, and training sessions to help you discover your strengths.
• Internship search support (4 weeks): personalized coaching to help you find an internship aligned with your values.
• Professional internship (17 weeks): hands-on work experience in a company to apply what you’ve learned.
• Ongoing support: weekly individual and group guidance.

Compensation:

• $370/week during training and internship search.
• Transportation costs reimbursed.
• $16.10/hour during the paid internship.

Cohort dates:

• Cohort 1 : November 24th, 2025 → June 12th, 2026 - FULL
• Cohort 2 : December 15th, 2025 → June 30th, 2026

Eligibility criteria:

• Ages 16 to 30
• Must live on the Island of Montreal
• Canadian citizen, permanent resident, accepted refugee, or post-graduation work permit holder
• Not employed, in school, or in training during the program
