Penélope is an artist whose practice takes shape through body and words. A graduate of the Contemporary Dance program at the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Master’s candidate, she is pursuing an interdisciplinary research-creation path that intertwines textuality and dance. Active on various artistic stages, her projects and collaborations have come to life at the Jardins de Métis (Maison d’Ariane), Festival Soir, Art Souterrain Festival, Festival Bouge d’ici, Tangente, as well as the journal Grands Espaces. Since 2021, she has been refining her teaching practice as a dance instructor at Cégep de St-Laurent. In 2025, she also joined the CJEMCV team as an employment counselor – arts and culture, providing individual support for artists and cultural workers in employability and artistic career development.
